We do not apply these standard apartment fees directly to large or duplex homes, businesses, outdoor areas, or work across multiple zones. Within the same agreed scope, the agreed fee is preserved; if different work emerges at the address, we present a new quote first. For a water leak, 3,000 TL is the detection-only fee; repair and surface reinstatement are not included. After detection, we quote any required repair separately and plan it only with your approval.
Two main needs in Bakırköy
