Working hours, service areas and language support
Based in Bakırköy, we plan service for Bakırköy, Bahçelievler, Zeytinburnu, Güngören and Fatih. We discuss a suitable time according to the work and required access.
We work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service time is agreed according to the checks, access and current schedule.
Telephone and WhatsApp support are available in Turkish and English. The visit is arranged around the team, access and job scope; a fixed arrival time for every address is not promised.
Prepare for the service visit
You do not need to know the service name.
- District, full address and the floor or work area.
- The affected drains, connection or water mark.
- How water use changes the symptom and when it started.
- Symptoms in other flats and access to shared areas.
- Earlier work on the line or any chemical product used.

Between 00:00 and 06:00, the daytime fee increases by 50%. On weekends and public holidays, normal daytime prices apply from 06:00 to 00:00. Leak and odour checks are usually scheduled during the day; contact is available 24/7, but every device-based inspection cannot be promised immediately at any hour.
Large or duplex homes, businesses, outdoor lines and work across several areas need a separate quote. We explain the scope and fee before starting. If the agreed scope stays the same, the discussed price applies; any different line or additional job is explained before that work begins.
Fees are based on line scope, not pipe metres. Camera checks and toilet removal are not required on every unblocking job. When our technician considers either one necessary to clear the blockage and it is technically possible, it is carried out and the agreed fee covers it. Repair, replacement, surface reinstatement and optional flushing are separate work.
We explain inspection and intervention fees before starting. If further work is needed at the property, we explain the new scope and fee before doing it. The service pages describe method limits and specific fee conditions.
Prepare access and the working area
For a leak, send the floor, location of the damp patch, when it started and whether it changes with water use. For a blockage, list every affected drain and tell us if water returns without your own use. For a visible part fault, send a photograph of the part, its connections and the working area.
Arrange permission and access to the relevant apartment or shared area before the visit. Keep the owner or person authorising work available in person or by phone. Clear belongings from the working area and cupboards, and be ready during the agreed service window. We take payment at the end of the job before the team leaves.
We speak Turkish and English. Russian and Arabic communication is available in writing through WhatsApp with translation-tool assistance. Written symptoms and photographs help us prepare the visit.
